Tiny Christmas Elves, sculpted from polymer clay. They're about 3/4" tall standing, 1/2" or less sitting down. Wish I'd remembered to put a penny in the picture!

I started making these little guys a few years ago, based (loosely) on the wire-bodied, felt-clothed, plastic-headed elves we had on our Christmas tree when I was growing up. I think they were a 50s or 60s thing, they had molded plastic heads and were dressed in red & green with striped tights, and you could pose them however you wanted. We had several that we'd hide among the branches of the tree.
