Return Policy

All sales are final and returns are not accepted. Please read the item descriptions carefully. We pride ourselves on giving accurate descriptions, including precise size measurements. If you have any questions, please contact us before ordering. Please note, our products are intended for collectors, and not for small children.

Shippng insurance is recommended, as we cannot be held responsible for postal damage or loss. All items leave our shop securely packaged and in good condition. If you receive an item that was damaged in transit, please keep your box and packing materials and contact your post office immediately to file a claim.

If there is a quality issue or an error in your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order so that we may correct it. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please do not return merchandise before contacting us for a Return Authorization Code. Merchandise returned without a Return Authorization Code will not be credited.
